I offer special investment programs and strategies that are designed to provide qualified investors with opportunities which might not be available with more traditional investment strategies. These Strategies are specifically designed to be opportunistic and to protect wealth from coming inflation or financial crisis.

It is my belief that sometime in the 2020s, a great unwind of debt and deflationary forces will be thrust into a battle with central banks and governments trying to inflate away debt. Eventually, that battle will come to a head and the consequences will be severe. I believe that there are a few options that can prevent a very damaging recession or possibly a depression. However, I am not sure we can count on our self-interested and often stupid politicians to do what is going to become necessary.

When that battle between debt and deflation on one side, and inflation and segregation on the other occurs, it will become very important for families to have strategies for not only preserving wealth and standard of living, but opportunities for future generations.

Alternative Investments

Alternatives investments, such as specialized option strategies, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, private debt placements, artwork, gold, timberland, oil and gas wells, limited partnerships and certain other investment vehicles may offer significant diversification and tax benefits. These programs are only available to Accredited Investors.

As defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Accredited Investors are generally considered to be more sophisticated and/or able to participate in certain types of investments. An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person, includes anyone who:

  • earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR
  • has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).

Certifying an accredited investor requires verification of financial status. In order to proceed further, we must qualify candidates for these investment programs. Contact me to receive a qualification form and schedule a time to discuss your goals.
